Who is Peasant House
We are Jacob and Ariel Ciampa, a husband-and-wife team fueled by a shared passion for flavors, creativity, and a deep love of food. With over two decades of combined experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, we bring both the technical knowledge and genuine curiosity it takes to make something worth savoring.
At Peasant House, we believe something as simple as syrup can be transformed into something craveable and nostalgic. Every product we make is a labor of love, built from scratch and crafted with care to bring a little extra to your everyday.

Good Questions, Better Answers
Why can’t I order certain flavors all the time?
Unlike large commercial brands, we intentionally produce our syrups in limited batches. We believe handcrafted products shouldn’t be rushed, so we release inventory in planned drops throughout the year. When a flavor sells out, it’s gone until the next production run. This allows us to maintain the quality, freshness, and craftsmanship that Peasant House is known for.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Pick-up times are on Tuesdays between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. More information will be sent in your confirmation email.
Are these our only flavors?
No, we have many flavors that we rotate seasonally. Keep an eye out for new flavors and more information!
Do we offer private events?
Yes, send us an email for more details about private group classes!
How do I store my syrup?
Keep refrigerated!
Are we still doing syrup classes?
Yes! The classes will be announced on social media only. With links to book when tickets are live.
Spots are very limited.
Is there a sugar-free option?
Not at this time. We are a sugar-based syrup. We use a domestically produced beet sugar!
